In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the wildbets platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire and exclusive legal agreement between you and wildbets in relation to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.

If you do not accept any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the wildbets Platform and must not register an Account or place any wager. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amendments to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and maintain an Account on wildbets. This requirement is consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines. wildbets reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If you are found to be under 21 years of age, wildbets will immediately close your Account, void all wagers placed, and return any remaining cash balance (net of bonuses) to the payment source.

3.2 Eligible Jurisdictions

The wildbets Platform is operated for and directed at players located within the Republic of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before placing any wager. wildbets does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

3.3 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one wildbets Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or the same household — is strictly prohibited. In the event multiple Accounts are identified, wildbets reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void all associated wagers, and forfeit all balances except the original verified deposit amount on the first registered Account.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wildbets login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. wildbets strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) through your Account security settings. wildbets will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify wildbets immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. wildbets shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where you have shared your login details with another person.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

wildbets is required to verify the identity and address of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a UMID, driver's license, passport, or voter's ID) and a recent proof of address. wildbets may suspend withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. wildbets reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of ₱100 (or the total remaining Balance if lower) to inactive Accounts, after providing thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the registered email address. The Account will be closed when the Balance reaches zero.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wildbets accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. wildbets reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

5.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your wildbets Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect in your Balance during standard Philippine banking hours. wildbets is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically arrive within minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) Philippine banking day. wildbets reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to five (5) business days where additional verification is required or where the withdrawal triggers an internal review under wildbets's anti-money laundering procedures.

5.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Source

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically feasible. wildbets reserves the right to require a bank transfer withdrawal if the original payment source cannot receive funds. For the avoidance of doubt, you may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name.

All sports and live betting activity on wildbets is governed by the general rules set out in this Article and by the sport-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

• All bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, ITTF, PAGCOR for sabong). In the event of dispute, the determination of wildbets shall be final and binding.
• wildbets reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or human error ("palpable error"). The wagered stake will be returned in full in such cases.
• Bets accepted in error — including bets placed after an event has commenced where the outcome is known — will be voided by wildbets at its discretion.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network latency. A bet is confirmed only when wildbets issues a confirmation reference number. wildbets is not liable for bets lost in transmission.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout caps apply per event and per market. These are displayed in the bet slip before acceptance. wildbets reserves the right to limit individual player bet sizes without prior notice.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to wildbets's standard void/postponement rules, which are available on the Platform.

All casino games offered through wildbets Casino — including but not limited to live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, poker variants, game shows, and online slot titles — are provided by third-party licensed game studios. wildbets acts as the platform operator and is not the manufacturer or publisher of the underlying game software.

7.1 Game Fairness

All RNG-based games (including online slots and virtual table games) use certified random number generators that are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages calculated over millions of rounds and do not represent a guaranteed return for any individual player session. Live dealer games use real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under controlled studio conditions.

7.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live dealer game, the round will be settled based on the recorded game state at the point of failure, as determined by the game studio's server logs. wildbets is not responsible for losses arising from a player's own internet connection failure. If a game round cannot be completed due to a fault on wildbets's or the studio's infrastructure, the round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's Balance.

7.3 Responsible Session Management

Players are reminded that casino games are entertainment products with a statistical house edge. wildbets strongly encourages all players to set deposit and loss limits before commencing play. Responsible gaming tools are accessible from the Account dashboard. wildbets reserves the right to implement cooling-off periods for players who display patterns of high-risk gambling behavior.

wildbets offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms (including eligible games, time limits, and qualifying deposit requirements) published at the time of the promotion. The following general bonus rules apply to all wildbets promotions unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the promotion) before a withdrawal request will be processed. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements — live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round is ₱500 or 10% of the remaining bonus balance, whichever is lower. Bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Claim Period: Bonuses must be claimed within the time period stated in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses will expire automatically.
• One Active Bonus: Only one bonus may be active in a player Account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is pending wagering completion will result in forfeiture of the incomplete bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: wildbets reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus payments where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are only available to players who have made at least one real-money deposit using a payment method registered in their own name. Players who registered via certain promotional channels may be ineligible for standard welcome bonuses.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wildbets Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authority:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the wildbets Platform or its underlying software.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human access method to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, sports betting exchanges, or any other competitive format.
• Exploiting a software bug, glitch, or error in any game or Platform feature. Players who discover a bug must report it immediately to wildbets support and must not exploit it for financial gain.
• Registering more than one Account, or acting in concert with other players to circumvent the one-account policy.
• Providing false identity documents or impersonating another individual during the KYC process.
• Engaging in any form of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated multi-account promotions farming or low-risk wagering designed to meet bonus requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, or using a VPN or proxy service to disguise your actual location for this purpose.
• Posting or transmitting any abusive, harassing, or defamatory material through the Platform's chat or communication features.

All content on the wildbets Platform — including but not limited to the wildbets brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wildbets or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; (b) use wildbets trademarks or brand materials without prior written consent; (c) frame, scrape, or data-mine the Platform; or (d) create derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorized use of wildbets intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wildbets shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from system outages, third-party software failures, or payment processor delays.

wildbets's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your wildbets Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude wildbets's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by wildbets's negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

wildbets is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The Platform includes the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your Account dashboard after wildbets login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per session, day, week, or month. wildbets will notify you when you approach your limit.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you at set intervals during a playing session.
• Reality Checks: Automatic pop-up notifications after a defined period of continuous play, showing your session duration and net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for periods of one month, three months, six months, twelve months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not receive marketing communications from wildbets.
• Account Closure: You may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting wildbets support via live chat. Remaining balances (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

If you believe your gambling has become a problem, wildbets encourages you to seek assistance from qualified support organizations. The wildbets Responsible Gaming page provides further guidance. All gaming on wildbets is strictly for players who are 21 years of age or older.

wildbets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of this Agreement; (b) wildbets has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your Account; (c) you fail to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe; or (d) it becomes necessary to comply with a regulatory requirement, court order, or law enforcement directive.

Upon Account closure due to a breach of this Agreement, wildbets reserves the right to forfeit any Balance (including both cash and bonus funds) as a remedy for losses suffered by wildbets or other players as a result of the breach.

Where an Account is closed at wildbets's discretion for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., business decision to exit a market), wildbets will provide at least fourteen (14) days' prior written notice and will return the full cash Balance to the registered payment method.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting wildbets support. Voluntary closures will be processed within one (1) business day. Any remaining cash balance will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting wildbets customer support via live chat at [email protected]. wildbets will acknowledge your dispute within two (2) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, wildbets may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent unauthorized access to the Platform.

wildbets reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. wildbets will endeavor to provide notice of material changes to registered players via email to the registered address at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the wildbets Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change.

The version of this Agreement published on wildbets.asia/terms-conditions at any given time is the current binding version. wildbets does not maintain archived versions for public access, but will provide a copy of a prior version upon written request within ninety (90) days of its replacement.
