As data controller, wildbets determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and all related NPC issuances.

wildbets collects personal data from you in the following categories, depending on your interaction with the Platform:

3.1 Registration and Identity Data

When you create a wildbets account, we collect: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including city, province, and postal code), email address, and mobile phone number. This information is required to verify your identity, enforce age restrictions (21+ as required under applicable PAGCOR regulations), and create your account.

3.2 KYC Verification Data

Before processing withdrawals, wildbets is required to verify your identity through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This involves collecting: a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (UMID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, or voter's ID), and a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. KYC documents are processed and stored securely and are not used for any purpose other than identity verification and fraud prevention.

3.3 Financial Transaction Data

wildbets records all deposit and withdrawal transactions associated with your account, including: transaction amounts in Philippine Peso (₱), payment method used (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank), transaction reference numbers, and transaction timestamps. wildbets does not store full GCash or bank account numbers — only the last four digits and the account type are retained for reference purposes.

3.4 Gaming and Betting Activity Data

wildbets maintains records of your gaming activity on the Platform, including: games played, bets placed, wager amounts, game outcomes, session durations, and bonus usage history. This data is required for account management, dispute resolution, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory reporting.

3.5 Technical and Device Data

When you access wildbets.asia, our servers automatically collect: your IP address, browser type and version, device type (mobile/desktop/tablet), operating system, referring URL, pages visited within the Platform, and session duration. This data is used for security monitoring, fraud detection, and platform performance analysis.

3.6 Communications Data

If you contact wildbets customer support via live chat or email, the content of those communications is recorded and retained for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes. Communications are retained for a minimum period of three (3) years.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, wildbets relies on the following legal bases for processing your personal data:

• Contract Performance: Processing is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you as a registered player — including account management, transaction processing, and game service delivery.
• Legal Obligation: Processing is required to comply with Philippine law, including KYC requirements, AML obligations, responsible gaming mandates, regulatory reporting to PAGCOR, and data protection obligations under RA 10173.
• Legitimate Interest: Processing is necessary for wildbets's legitimate interests in fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, where those interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.

wildbets does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We may share your personal data with the following categories of third parties strictly on a need-to-know basis and under appropriate data processing agreements:

• Payment Service Providers: GCash (Mynt), Maya Philippines (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — solely to process your deposit and withdrawal transactions. These providers act as independent data controllers for your payment data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
• Game Software Providers: Licensed third-party game studios that supply casino games and sports betting platforms to wildbets. These providers receive only the minimum technical data necessary to deliver game services (e.g., session tokens, wager amounts). They do not receive your personally identifiable registration data.

wildbets requires all third parties to implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures and to process personal data only for the specified purposes. wildbets remains responsible as data controller for ensuring that third-party processors comply with applicable data protection obligations.

wildbets.asia uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to provide core platform functionality, improve user experience, and analyze platform usage. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website you visit.

7.1 Categories of Cookies

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are essential for the wildbets Platform to function correctly. They include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in during your visit and security cookies that help protect against cross-site request forgery. These cookies cannot be disabled without impairing core Platform functionality.
• Functional Cookies: These cookies remember your preferences — such as language settings, last visited game section, and display settings — to improve your experience on wildbets. Disabling these cookies may affect personalization features.
• Analytical Cookies: These cookies collect aggregated, anonymous data about how visitors use wildbets.asia — which pages are visited most frequently, how players navigate the lobby, and where errors occur. This data helps wildbets improve platform performance. Analytical cookies require your consent.

wildbets implements technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 and above) for all data transmitted between your device and wildbets servers
• AES-256 encryption for personal data stored in wildbets databases
• Role-based access controls ensuring that wildbets staff access only the data necessary for their specific function
• Multi-factor authentication for all wildbets administrative systems that process personal data

In the event of a personal data breach that is reasonably likely to give rise to a real risk to the rights and freedoms of affected individuals, wildbets will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, in accordance with Section 20(f) of RA 10173.

wildbets retains personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law and regulatory requirements. The following retention periods apply:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized. Anonymized data (from which no individual can be identified) may be retained indefinitely for statistical and platform improvement purposes.

Some of wildbets's third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure providers and game studio partners — may process personal data in jurisdictions outside the Republic of the Philippines. Where such international transfers occur, wildbets ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data to a standard at least equivalent to that required under RA 10173.

These safeguards include: contractual clauses imposing data protection obligations on overseas processors; transfer only to countries with data protection laws that the NPC has determined to provide adequate protection; and data processing agreements incorporating the NPC's standard contractual clauses for international data transfers where applicable.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the following rights in relation to personal data that wildbets holds about you:

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact the wildbets Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 15. wildbets will acknowledge your request within seventy-two (72) hours and will provide a substantive response within thirty (30) calendar days. Where a request is complex or there are multiple requests, this period may be extended by a further sixty (60) days with prior written notice to you.

The wildbets Platform is strictly intended for adults who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. wildbets does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

Age verification is conducted as part of the wildbets registration process and as part of KYC verification prior to withdrawal processing. If wildbets discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual who is under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended, all associated wagers will be voided, and the personal data will be deleted as soon as reasonably practicable.

With your consent, wildbets may send you direct marketing communications about promotions, bonuses, new games, and platform updates by email and SMS. Marketing consent is collected separately during registration and is not a condition of creating an account or using wildbets's services.

You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time by: (a) clicking the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email from wildbets; (b) updating your marketing preferences in your wildbets account settings; or (c) contacting the wildbets DPO directly using the details in Section 15. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect your ability to use the wildbets Platform or to receive essential transactional communications (such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and account security alerts).

wildbets does not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you, beyond the fraud detection and responsible gaming monitoring processes described in Section 4 — both of which are subject to human review where a decision affects your account access.

wildbets reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When changes are made, wildbets will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy and will publish the revised Policy at wildbets.asia/privacy-policy.

Where changes are material — meaning they affect how we use your personal data in ways that are not consistent with the purpose for which it was originally collected — wildbets will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice to your registered email address before the change takes effect. For non-material changes, posting the updated Policy on the Platform constitutes sufficient notice.

Your continued use of the wildbets Platform after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the change.
